What to include in your quote request
The more of this you can tell us up front, the closer your first quote will be to your final invoice. If you do not know an answer yet, leave it blank and we will help you work it out.
-
Quantity
Even a rough range helps. Price per piece drops noticeably as counts go up, so 12 shirts and 120 shirts are quoted very differently.
-
Garment type
Tees, polos, hoodies, hats, hi vis vests, work shirts, tote bags. Tell us if you have a brand in mind, and tell us if you do not, because we will recommend one that fits the budget.
-
Ink colors and print locations
A one color left chest print and a four color full back print are not the same job. Front, back, sleeve, and left chest are the common spots.
-
Your artwork
Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG are ideal. A high resolution PNG usually works. If all you have is a photo of an old shirt, send it anyway and we will tell you what we can do with it.
-
Your deadline
Standard turnaround is five to seven business days after art approval. If you need it faster, say so in the first message and we will tell you honestly whether the date is doable.
-
Size breakdown
If you already know you need six mediums, ten larges, and four XLs, include it. If not, we can send a size sheet for your team to fill in.
What happens after you reach out
We reply with a written quote
You get a real number, itemized by garment and decoration, not a vague price range. Setup costs, if there are any, are listed as their own line so nothing shows up as a surprise later.
We send a digital proof
Before a single garment is printed you see exactly how your design sits on the product, at the real size and in the real ink or thread colors. Nothing goes to press until you approve that proof in writing.
We print, embroider, and quality check
Your order runs in our DeLand shop. Screen printing, DTF transfers, and embroidery all happen in house, which is why we can catch a problem and fix it the same day instead of chasing a third party vendor.
You pick up or we deliver locally
Most Volusia County customers pick up at the shop. Local delivery and shipping are both available, and we will tell you which one is cheaper for your order rather than defaulting to the one that is easier for us.
Services you can ask us about
Not sure which decoration method fits your job? Say what you are trying to make and we will point you at the right one. Every service page below explains pricing, turnaround, and the kind of work it suits best.
Areas we serve
We are based in DeLand and work with businesses, schools, churches, contractors, and sports teams across Volusia County and the surrounding Central Florida area.
We also serve Enterprise, Osteen, and Lake Helen. If your town is not on the list, call us anyway. Most of Volusia and west Seminole County is a short drive, and shipping covers the rest.
Common questions before you call
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the decoration method. Screen printing has a minimum because each color requires its own screen, so very small runs are not cost effective. DTF printing and embroidery have much lower minimums, which makes them the better choice for a handful of shirts or a few staff polos. Tell us your quantity and we will steer you to whichever method costs you less.
How fast can you turn an order around?
Standard turnaround is five to seven business days once you approve the digital proof. Rush work is often possible, especially on smaller DTF orders, but it depends on what is already on the press that week. Ask when you request the quote instead of after you order, and we will give you a straight answer.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
Yes. Send your Pantone or hex values with your artwork and we will mix to match on screen printed jobs and pick the closest thread on embroidered ones. If you do not know your brand colors, send us your logo file and we will pull them out of it.
Do I have to buy the garments from you?
No. We are happy to print on customer supplied garments, though we will ask you to order a couple of spares. Blanks occasionally have defects, and if something goes wrong on a garment we did not supply we cannot replace it out of our own stock.
Can you help if my artwork is not print ready?
Yes, and this comes up constantly. Plenty of customers arrive with a logo pulled off a website or a photo of a shirt from ten years ago. Send whatever you have. We will tell you honestly whether it can be cleaned up or whether it needs to be redrawn, and what that costs, before you commit to anything.
Ready for a quote?
Send the form or call the shop and talk it through with a person. Either way you get a written quote back the same business day.
